EeeVee DeZinez Return Policy:
You may request a replacement if:
1. The product arrives to you damaged or defective. *Please attach a photograph to your email showing and describing the damage or defect to jennifervick@eeeveedezinez.com. **This must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt of your product. You will receive a confirmation email reply and be given additional steps for a replacement.
2. You receive an incorrect product. Proceed to number 3.

3. In order to receive a replacement, the product must be returned in its original condition and it must be packaged appropriately to ensure a safe return within 14 business days. Once it has been confirmed that the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect product purchased, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps regarding a replacement.

4. If your product has not arrived within 5 business days of the expected delivery time, you may request a replacement.

EeeVee DeZinez Shipping
EeeVee DeZinez offers free shipping within the United States. You will receive an email when your order has been processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an additional email informing you of the expected delivery date and tracking number.
